Hey guys!
It’s very nice to meet y’all! I’m completely new in this community, I just downloaded the app yesterday, and started my journey a few days ago.
I made this dish today which I found nutritious and really tasty, so I thought I would share this recipe with you too! c:
For me, it took about 40-45 minutes
Ingridients:
- 1 salmon
- 1/2 avocado
(- little bit of soy sauce)
for the salad:
- quinoa
- 1 cucumber
- persley
- 1 mozzarella
- chickpeas
- 1/2 red onion
1. Put the salmon in the oven for about 20-25 minutes on 190 celsius, with a little bit of salt and pepper.
2. While the fish is in there, you can cook the quinoa. You dont’t have to wash it before cooking (at least thats what I read it online:D), you just have to measure 1 cup of quinoa and add it to a bowl with 2 cups of water and a little bit of salt. You have to wait and sometimes stir it for about 15 minutes. (So basically you have to do it like you’d made rice)
3. After these, you can chop up the other ingridients to the salad. I didn’t put measurments next to all the ingridients becuase it’s you who can decide! Measure with your heart:D
4. Make sure to check on everything before it burns!:d
5. After everything is finished you can scoop out the avocado from its peel (if I say it right:D) and slice it up into smaller chuncks.
6. At the end you can serve as you like, I made my plate the way as you can see in the picture!:) I dropped a few drops of soy sauce on the avocado and salmon, an thats it! You made yourself a very delicious, full meal! :)) hope you’ll like it!
