Since I started the 2024 summer shred programme, I’ve been following Chloe’s recipes — they’re so easy and delicious! 

Yesterday, I made an easy salmon bowl and put it in my bento box as I was having dinner with my friends at the karaoke but didn’t want to takeaway fast food 

I also improvised a veggie stir fry and this dinner turned out very delicious and satiating!  Healthy food can be delicious as well 💖 I let my friends try and they agreed ~
