Pancake with Whey protein

Hey everyone! Since I started adding weights to my workout, I’ve been loving this protein pancake recipe for breakfast: Protein Pancakes Recipe

Ingredients:
• 200g whole wheat flour
• 3 tablespoons whey protein powder (chocolate and coconut flavor, or your favorite)
• 1 egg
• 200-250ml vegetable milk (adjust for desired consistency)
• 1 ripe banana (for topping)

Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour and whey protein powder.
2. Add the egg and slowly pour in the vegetable milk, stirring until you get a smooth, lump-free batter. Adjust the milk quantity depending on whether you prefer thicker or thinner pancakes.
3. Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it if needed.
4. Pour a ladle of batter into the pan to form each pancake. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on one side until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
5. Stack the pancakes on a plate and top them with slices of fresh banana.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes:
• These pancakes are naturally sweetened by the whey protein and banana, so no additional sugar or syrup is needed.
• For extra texture, you can add a handful of nuts or seeds to the batter.
