Hi guys! I saw a similar post about breakfast, and decided to ask for advice too. I am a lover of sweet breakfasts (such as oatmeal pancake with Greek yogurt and fruits, cottage cheese coconut pancakes, chocolate lava/pumpkin cake from Chloe's recipes, etc. ), but I never have enough imagination for dinners ( ཀ ʖ̯ ཀ)
I used to always skip them, replacing them with cottage cheese or a protein bar after a workout. Starting Tuesday, I go to work, and my workout will end at 8:00pm.
What can I eat for dinner if I go to bed at 11:00pm? (edited by moderator)
