I was before on a very very low calorie diet like almost 700 cal per day where my maintainance calorie is 2000. So now I'm planning to do a balanced meal approach now I'm sticking with 1500-1600 cal per day, also workout , will I gain weight ?Coz I've increased my calorie intake?? My goal is weightloss only. Pls clarify me and provide how to calculate correctly my calorie intake for healthy weightloss also what about the weightloss plateu? Like what should I do after I reach in there. Plsssss help me with this
