What are your go to protein options throughout the day. I often struggle to get enough protein in in every meal. I do eat meat but try to keep it very low. 
I love eggs, but can't eat to much of em. I do eat stuff with protein in it but I often have the feeling it's not enough or I could mix it up, just don't know with what. Help
