Proteins to support muscle building?

Hey!
I'd like to build strong, visible muscles. A little bit is visible here and there (arms, legs, and stomach).
But you always hear that protein is good and supports muscle building. I'd like to try it, but the problem is that I can't get hold of protein powder or anything like that myself because, first, I'm still a teenager and, second, my family generally doesn't support my sport and my goals.

Do you perhaps have more experience than me and could help me figure out how to get as much protein as possible from natural foods?
In other words, which foods should I incorporate into my daily routine to meet my protein needs and support my muscle building?
