So, I’m completely new to “keeping watch of calories” and I’m pretty confused about it. I’m 18 & 5’4, 138lbs. How much calories am I supposed to intake a day? Is it okay exercise and eat after? Or would it be better to eat before then exercise? I have so many questions! If anyone could give me some advice or tips and tricks to limit myself from eating more than I should, then please share! Anything and everything is appreciated! <3
