Hello lovelies! i just started my fitness journey yesterday and i've come to the conclusion that i need to eat a bit healthier. i have more time in the mornings, so are there any specific healthy breakfast recipes i should try? i'm a bit lazy, so the less prep time, the better. i'm open to eating anything, really, as long as it tastes good ^^
i've looked at some of chloe ting's own recipes, but i haven't looked through them all
