I don't own an air fryer so I tried this one using a pan 💁‍♀️ maybe it wasn't as crispy as intended, but I liked it very much. I also decided to cut the tofu in cubes instead of irregular pieces because it is easier to cook in the pan like so. I forgot to buy rice vinegar so I added a splash of sake 🙃
