Switch-On Diet – What’s Your Opinion?

 Hello everyone!

Hope you’re all having a great day and staying motivated with your workouts. 😊

I was wondering if anyone here has tried the Switch-On Diet. It keeps popping up on my phone, so I got curious and decided to give it a try. I’m currently about a week into it.

I may have been a bit naive and underinformed, but I didn’t realize how my body might react to suddenly cutting out most carbs. Without getting into too much detail, let’s just say I’ve been making a lot more trips to the bathroom than usual! 😅

Aside from that, I’ve been feeling really tired—almost exhausted—even when I’m not doing much. Because of that, my workouts have been much harder, and I often don’t have the energy to exercise properly.

Has anyone else experienced something similar on this diet? Does it get better after the adjustment period, or is this a sign that it just isn’t working well for me?

I’d love to hear your experiences and genuine opinions. Thanks!
