hello!
I'm a fairly intuitive eater, and I have a fairly even spread of protein, cards, fats, etc. (30% of calories from protein, 30% from fats, and 40% from carbs) as well as meeting my daily nutrient goals (Iron, potassium, etc)
my problem is, I'm aiming for around 150-170g protein a day, but I find myself already full and not wanting to eat more by the end of the day. for context, my meals are already high protein (30ish grams at breakfast, a 30-40g protein shake, 30 more grams at dinner). im also 5'9", 140lbs, and trying to gain muscle
anyone have any tips for getting more protein when lack of appetite is a factor?
