Tips on how to fuel your beautiful body properly when working out!💗

Hey everyone! Just wanted to come on here and share my non asked for tips😂i just really know there is someone out there who might need this so here we go! 💗

How do you fuel your body properly doing chloe’s workout programs!
as a undergrad nutrition student i have learned so much and want to help as many people as i can BUT REMEMBER PROFESSIONAL GUIDANCE if you need it IS VERY RECOMMENDED! These are general guidelines i would do as i have seen many people struggle the most with nutrition!

First of all!
1. this might sound crazy! Be graceful and take any change slow NEVER EVER change your habits overnight! Thats exactly why it becomes unsustainable very quickly so what i would do is maybe look at your overrall current diet AND SIMPLY ADD more vegetables to your meals, more fruit at breakfast and protein at almost every meal. Thats a great start!

2. Protein: as am sure most of you have heard! Especially when you are working out, YOU NEED to eat enough protein BUT ALSO FIBER! In terms of protein i would aim to get majority from whole foods HOWEVER i think its a great idea to incorporate protein powder, bars etc. as the help A LOT especially if you are busy BUT OFC IN MODERATION. In terms of fiber iust have a side salad at your main meals and your good! And if need you can take a fiber supplement ONLY IF NEEDED!

3. DO NOT FEAR CARBS: ofc everyone bodies are different so if you feel good doing low carb keep it up especially if recommended by a professional HOWEVER, news flash it doesnt actually make you “lose fat” the reason you see major changes is due to water weight loss as carbs retain water, not to mention for most women it causes major side effects so i would definitely be careful and personally I DEFINITELY WOULD NOT CUT CARBS UNLESS IT IS PRESCRIBED BY A PROFESSIONAL!

4. Now lets talk calories, so simply speaking in order to gain muscle especially muscle SIZE! You need generally ofc besides training with weights and resistance, you need a slight surplus or maintaiinence at least, DOES NOT MEAN YOU WONT GAIN MUSCLES IN A DEFICIT! It just takes longer! And for those who do want to lose fat, chloe programs are amazing because they increase YOUR tdee which makes fat loss and a calorie deficit SO MUCH EASIER TO ACHIEVE so i promise you as someone who lose 31lbs from chloe programs and workouts THEY WORK! I only slightly changed my diet AND I DIDNT EVEN TRACK CALORIES here is what i did simply i added more veggies to my meals espcially my dinner as thats my heaviest meal and ofc i practiced portion control AND WAS PATIENT it took me 2.5 years to fully lose my weight so keep going💗

5. Slow and steady wins the race, ANY CHANGES THAT ARE UNSUSTAINABLE AND DRASTIC WILL NOT LAST, please please fuel your bodies well, train well and sleep well, i promise you even though it might take longer AT LEAST YOU WILL ACTUALLY MAINTAIN YOUR RESULTS and its better for you wellbeing!

💗hope this helped ily xx ❀
