So I just started the 2 weeks shred challenge (already seeing results!!!) but I really need some advice and tips for nutrition. I could easily have an healthy diet, but I keep snacking on soooo much sugary treats… does anyone have tips to control your cravings or alternative foods I could replace my desserts with?
