Hi everyone ☀️,
I’m currently trying to lose weight and build muscle after gaining 15 kg over the past year and a half due to stress and irregular eating habits. Unfortunately, after two months, the scale shows a loss of only 2 kg, even though I’ve already completed two challenges.💪 I’ve adjusted my diet over the last four months: I eat a high-protein breakfast, and then a solid meal with vegetables and protein—but no carbs—in the late afternoon or evening. This puts me in a moderate calorie deficit. I’m also practicing 16:8 intermittent fasting.
However, whenever I’m taken out of my usual environment and routine, I struggle to make mindful food choices and end up eating too many carbs or simply overeating. Do you have any tips for me?💟
