Today's Healthy breakfast.

I used to enjoy cooking to make some of the most delicious and mouth-watering recipes but now, I prefer to make healthy, quick and affordable recipes for me and my family.

Here's another recipe for the day ෆ⁠╹⁠ ⁠.̮⁠ ⁠╹⁠ෆ
Oats pancake + curd with 5 mix seeds.

Recipe: ´⁠◔⁠‿⁠ゝ⁠◔⁠`⁠)⁠━⁠☞
🌟Oats pancake
☞Take Overnight Soaked oats
☞Add some veggies and 1-2 spoons of corn starch.
Adding Cornstarch -as per your oats quantity ( it will take less time to make these pancakes otherwise you'll end up spoiling them on the pan. )
☞Add salt and your favourite seasonings.
☞mix and put the batter on the pan (nonstick/cast iron) with little oil.
☞takes 5-6mins on medium heat.
🌟Curd with 5 mix seeds
Seeds- pumpkin, flax, chia, sesame, Musk melon or Watermelon seeds.
Crush them all in a mixer or use the mix as it is.
You can use the seed mix with curd/ milk or water.
