Hey guys! So I am working on becoming consistent with healthy lifestyle changes (like food choices) and exercise. I've done this by tracking food before, but it almost took the joy out of eating for me? Like I was constantly stressed about the amount of protein I was getting, how many carbs/cals were in something, etc that I would get to a point where I just would skip a meal so that I didn't have to track. I obviously fell off this way, and slipped up and started making bad food choices again. But on the other hand, when I don't track food, I'm not certain of the best food choices. What way has been most efficient for you and why? And any tips on healthy food choices that are sustainable? I'm on a very low budget, with a household of 8 so theres no foods just for me and no kicking unhealthy foods out of the house
