I've always been skinny since childhood... mostly underweight only wbout 2 years ago i started working out and trying to gain muscle and put on some weight around my hips...but i lose weight so fast it's hard to keep it balanced... I've been around 48kgs for a long time and my goal is to be around 50 to 51kgs...
But with college and constant travelling back n forth has shrinked my appetite and I don't feel like eating anymore
Any tips on maintaining a diet or some tips on how to get my appetite back slowly and finally hit the 50kgs mark?
