I have been struggling with BED for 2 years now, i had an episode last night and i genuinely feel so much saddness.. even though i have improved significantly in terms of the frequency of my binges i also stopped myself from overdoing it, i will start working very closely with a professional dietitian because i genuinely can’t do this disroder anymore.. i wanted to post this to let you all know YOU ARE NOT ALONE.. ik how confusing and horrible this disorder feels BUT I PROMISE WITH PROPER NUTRITION, regular meals AND SELF EMPATHY WE WILL GET THROUGH IT! (Before anyone says anything i know everyone overeats from time to time but I HAVE BED i eat ungodly amounts of food in a single sitting and Nope i’m not restricting my calories LITTERLLY NOTHING… but i will get through this EVEN though it feels impossibly hard i will do it, let me know if you have any tips or share your feelings as well ❤️🥲
