Unintentional

Hey guys. Today is my last day of my current challenge and I’ve felt good, but I’ve been having a problem recently. To be honest I really do keep a good consistency on my 500-700 calorie deficit which is good but sometimes I still eat pastries which basically get me today with maintain calories or bulking. And if I’m being honest I can totally say no to the satires but it’s just lately my parents been bringing home good foods I like yk to like just taste and stuff but I can’t control myself from like trying em which then the next day gives me the scary effect of great life increasing the deficit. And this usually happens on the weekends. And it also happens like on days I have orchestra stuff after school and get back in the car to some food my sweet mom buys, and I don’t wanna get her mad saying no or like make her feel bad either. And this is probably why my weight isn’t really going up or down anymore either… Since there’s gonna be unintentional outlier days which is my fault too. I know it’s not allll about counting calories but I get really invested in it and even freak out completely even if it’s a hundred over. So does anyone have liek any tips on this issue or anything? I’d really apreciate it. 🙌
