Weight gain food ideas?

I desperately want to gain weight which might sound stupid but hear me out, I look like a stick but I want to look stronger and healthier and to do that I need to gain muscle but I’m unsure as to how to. I eat a bunch already and apparently my doctor said I need to eat 3,400 calories everyday to gain weight but I genuinely don’t know any meals or snacks that would help me reach this goal in a healthy way. If anyone here knows any healthy meals that I could eat to reach at least over 3k calories a day please let me know because I’m tired of my cousins and friends calling me names and underestimating me. Also if you have any tips for gaining muscles and glutes let me know aswell. Thanks baddies love you all lots 🫶
