I would love to show you how my usual eat in a day đ in a calorie deficit non restricting`to gain muscle and lose fat
Meal 1_First I started with the viral dryed yogurt. It was very good I made cocoa and matcha flavor with stevia mixed and dark chocolate on top~
Meal 2~A little earlier lunch but I again tried a viral recipe Feta eggs. I did three of those with a high fiber tortilla as the base~
Meal 3_For dinner I had two green rige jalapeno sausages.(Ik dinner is very early but tbh I like it better in the afternoon)
Meal 4_Dor dessert to balance of the day I had some pomegranate chocolate bites and a healthy Belgian chocolate bar ©
