So im back on doing Chloe Tings workouts but i have been trying to get help on what to eat and i ask people but they always tell me to be in a calorie deficit and that just makes no sense to me because they are never specific and only say a calorie deficit. I have searched up what a calorie deficit is but i still don't seem to understand it and I don't want to make anything hard for myself i just want a simple answer that will help me lose weight and eat healthy. I'm only 15 so I want a simple meal for everyday and i want to know if what im eating is right. If anyone can help me figure out what to eat, I would be so grateful. I also want help with how i should eat meaning like what time and if i should eat after or before my workout.
