So I am a 16yr old who weighs 65kgs....I am running 2kms 400ms daily and sometimes even do Chole's challenges. I want quick and long time results to lose weight. I am 4'9 in height. So my doubt is- Is it better to follow a particular meal plan everyday like: food A for breakfast, food B and C for lunch and food D for dinner on repeat, OR, eating healthy food in wide range like: food A, food C and food F for breakfast, food D for lunch, food B and E for dinner then again a random shuffle...?
