I found these little protein muffins in a cup and they are my new favorite thing! I'll have them with fruit or a fruit and cottage cheese bowl with honey. For my cottage cheese bowl I use a touch of honey for flavor and a squirt of monk fruit sweetener to actually sweeten it.
Anyway bootylicious and delicious! The muffin cups are less than 200 calories and 25g of protein. A cup of cottage cheese gets me another 200 calories and 26g protein and I'm fueled and ready to start my day!
They come in a ton of flavors, so far the carrot cake and blueberry are my favorites! The double chocolate was delightful with strawberries as it's not overly sweet.
