I’m currently on day 15 of the get toned challenge and I definitely feel stronger!  I started with 5lb dumbbells and moved up to 8lbs.  This is my second challenge, I started the weight loss one at the beginning of this year and I feel better in my skin.  I wish I could start the program I’m currently doing the app from where I left off on the website, but it only gives the option to start from the beginning.
