Can I change my rest days?  I started  weight loss challenge 2021 on Saturday , so my training days are Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, with Tuesday being my rest day.  However, I want my rest days to be Monday and Thursday every week how I can reschedule this or it's ok to skip it on monday and do whatever needs to be done on Tuesday instead of Monday
