I've started the summer shred two days ago and on the third day all my lower body, in which I mean my legs, is hurting SO badly that I can't even sit on the toilet or put on clothes without hurting. I must skip the third day as it's a lower body impact workout because I literally cannot move without crying out in pain. While I'm hoping to get back to day three tomorrow, can somebody please tell me if it's normal or something weird? Thank you in advance 💐
