I started the summer shredd 2024 on Tuesday, on Wednesday I was not able to complete it.  I want to change the rest day(monday) to  Wednesday.  Am I able to without a subscription?   When I want to pick a date of doing rest day it keeps popping out that I haven't done the days before that, because I haven't but today, Thursday I want to do the plan for day two.  Thank you in advance
