In a days workout set there are four videos two of them the main work out. I accidentally did the first of those two twice, instead of doing both one time each. Should I then just do the second one as well before doing the cooldown, or should I maybe do the cooldown and ignore the second video all in all. Because if I do it that would make the workout longer than it was planned to be. I could technically also do the cooldown then wait like an hour or two before I do the second video but should I then redo the warm up and the cooldown or how should I do it? This is also for my first day and I haven't done much working out before so I don't want to end up overworking myself so soon after starting to finally do this. (edited by moderator)
