Thx to Susie Todd’s latest video I’m starting the 2 week shred challenge today!. I tried it 6 yrs ago when she first did her video the first time doing it and I gave up. I’m in even worse shape now and a mom to 3 under 4 but I’m more determined than ever to get healthy for my family after seeing how it effects my loved ones as they got older and disregarded their bodies. Let’s do this challenge together so we don’t lose steam!!
