2 weeks 2019 challenge

I am trying the 2019 challenge. I am currently 72 kilos and 156 cm female . I am here to show myself that i am gonna do what i say i am . I am so delusional that i will make this work . In 2 weeks i want to reach 69.9 kgs .. yes that . 9 matters since I don't wanna be in 70s range . I eat 2 times a day and not a snacker or sweet tooth person. But i overeat and emotional eating is my issue . I am asian but for 1 week i am trying to avoid rice to see change .On average i walk upto 6k steps everyday . Somedays more somedays less .

I am here to show the world,to show myself that i deserve to look good , to look fit toned . I have muffin top and love handles, stomach and back rolls, flabby arms . I want this things to go first before i start my lower body focused training. Lower body is hard and takes most of hardwork to see visible changes but upper body with right diet and exercise you can see visible changes in 2 weeks . Not drastic but a little . So i am gonna make myself accountable here . And see you in 2 weeks . Once i am done with the challenge.
