Hi!   I am starting the 2019 Flat Belly Challenge tomorrow and I'm looking for anyone who wants to join me!   I'm about to turn 30, live in the US, and have an almost 4yr old little girl🎀 After many years old completing challenges on and off (before there was this amazing tracking schedule) I have finally become consistent and confident enough to reach out and continue my journey with others.   If anyone is interested in starting this Challenge with me, please don't hesitate to contact me and I will create a team so we can "crush this workout"😉 together! 

**also I like to keep my rest days to Saturday and Sunday so this may be more challenging for some but it really helps keep the mon-fri consistency and lessens the pressure to complete workouts when we are most busy with activities and family time**
