Looking for people who want to do the 2 week shred and take up a timed team challenge at the same time. I will be done with my current program on thursday and start the 2 week shred on friday. It will be a timed team so please only join if you're ready to make that commitment. I aim to complete the challenge in the prescribed 14 days so if that's something that you wish to do too then i hope you will join my team so that we can motivate each other through the entire thing.
