I made a team titled 'Let's do this!  ', please join if you want :) I'm on day 1 as I've just begun.   It's an 18-day program and I'd like to have someone so we can motivate each other!   Feel free to join the team, it's Casual and not timed.   Nothing is required, please just speak English and at least be consistent!   It's OK to take rest days :D
