Hi there,
I am going to start the 2024 Weight Loss Challenge tomorrow Wednesday. 
I am new to these workouts.
I originally thought I would be starting it today (on the 15th) however I decided to give it one more day to see if some of you would like to join. So I will be posting the link here, 8.00 am PST. on October 16th.
A work event at the end of November is bringing me the motivation to start and complete this challenge.
