Hello! I'm currently on the 2025 Summer Shred program and just wanted to try for a team for the first time. If anyone is interested, feel free to send a request! I just need you to show up everyday and stay consistent throughout the program to get that A+ ranking for our team. As the admin, I also promise to never skip a single workout day. Let's do this together!

Note: please stick to your schedule and try to complete your workouts at your usual timing. Try your best to never miss a day without informing, as much as possible.
