I am looking for people who lack confidence in their ability to remain persistent or who forget for a day and lose all motivation and a day becomes a week and a week becomes a month, you feel me?
I have just finished my first day of the 2023 weighloss challenge today and I am coming back after a good few years of not doing Chloes routine, or hardly any for that matter.
