I am starting working out at age 52. I am 5'8" tall, current weight 220 lb. I am in pretty bad shape, lots of fat, apple body type. My goal is to just teach myself do workouts regularly for the rest of my life. And so I want to complete all Chloe Ting challenges in next 3-5 years. Let's see where this goal will bring me. I hope to improve my body to its best. I am looking forward to become strong, active, flexible and to get in great shape. I also plan to do other fitness programs (Pilates, barre, yoga, etc) and to learn how to dance and walk on heels. All at the same time as Chloe's challenges. To start with her workouts I am choosing her "2019 2 weeks Shred Challenge" to be my very first experience. I heard it's one of the most popular for beginners. Are there women in their 40+ 50+ 60+ ? May be we can become fitness buddies? Let's do it!
