Hi all, I have started the Pilates challenge this week  and I’m looking for a team of supports for motivation and tips/suggestions! I’m chronically ill/in pain and a type 1 diabetic so I find I do have to modify the programs a bit. I would love to connect and see how yall are doing these challenges with chronic illness/T1D 🫶
