Hello everyone! I’ve been having a really hard time loosing weight, specifically trying to lower my body fat percentage. I’m looking for a team that will help one another keep their goals up! I use to be extremely fit, due to being in competitive swimming for 5 years. I never struggled with loosing weight nor keeping it off, however i’m turning 20 this year and reality set in 🥹. It does get harder as you get older and my metabolism is not the same, so i’m hoping with the group I created I’m able to attract those who are fustrated and are looking for change, not just for a month or two, to keep it as a lifestyle 🤍.
