Flat stomach through massage challenge💆‍♀️💚✨

I came across abdominal massage a few weeks ago and have since looked into it a bit and read up on it. I have also been trying out this abdominal massage technique for a good week now and I have to say that it really does make a difference!
Perhaps some of you already know how this abdominal massage works and what you can achieve with it.
If not, I will summarize it briefly:
- Abdominal massage
- 1. stimulates blood circulation
- 2. boosts digestion and intestinal activity
- 3. loosens or relaxes the muscles
- 4. loosens and mobilizes the fat cells somewhat, which can lead to weight loss, among other things
- 5. stimulates the lymph fluid which removes toxins from the body and can also contribute to weight loss
- 6. defines the shape of the stomach and can even become visibly flatter over time In any case

I thought I would make this a challenge to stay motivated myself and to share greater and long-term successes with you!
For this, I would like to create a group where I and you can share your experiences/tips/problems/questions, and we can motivate each other.

✨To start with, we'll start with 20 days of abdominal massage, each day for about 5 to 10 minutes (May 20, 2025, to June 8, 2025).
