Hey girl! I’m starting the Flat Tummy 28-Day Challenge today, July 1st & wanted to put it out there to see if anyone else is interested in joining me!... It’s timed because I seriously need the accountability. I want to be shocked by results come August. Im also vegan and because vegan meats give me gas lol TMi🥴 I’m sticking to whole foods so lots of fruits and veggies. 

I know it’s going to be challenging but I also know looking in the mirror and seeing these back rolls and love handles is challenging too so im making the necessary changes!
