Hey, ladies! đđ» I'm 28, eating healthy, and want to work out more to lose like 15-20 lbs (of fat) for my engagement. I'm aiming for 3 months of consistent workouts. If you're also trying to look amazing for Christmas and NYE, we can do it together â€ïž I'm going to try the 2025 Hourglass challenge đȘ for 21 days, then switch it up. I am not about just low numbers on a scale; I want a visible, healthy result without losing muscle mass.
About me. I used to do the 75 Hard challenge, and sometimes 7- to 14-day health fasts.
Also, I worked out with Chloe before, like four years ago, and I had great results. Consistency is the key.
After all the training in my past, I was really stressed in my life and didn't want to do anything other than work. Sometimes I went swimming and walked. It helped, but not as a regular workout.
What I understood, is that we have to combine everything together in order to feel better: a good sleep, healthy food, filtered content (online), less stress, one good workout a day, walks or hiking, meditations and for me it is always a pleasure to take relaxing bath before bed.
All this I believe will lead me to my goal.
