Hey, I am Liza Patel.  
I first started my fitness journey during covid.  I started following chloe ting workout videos.  I went from 102kgs to 60kgs in 2 years.  But after a while, due to some personal problems my eating disorder and anxiety issues were trigged again and i gained some weight back.  Starting today i want to be healthy again and this time my goal is to maintain that lifestyle.  Starting weight loss chalenge today, wish me luck !  
The before after picture was my journey during covid and the single picture is me right now.  Will keep posting updates.  😊
