I created the team on a random Wednesday to beat the “I’ll start tomorrow or properly on Monday”. I want to stay as consistent as possible(which is hard to when you’re a Uni student😮‍💨) so I’ve included the 75 medium challenge but the workout will obv be Chloe’s.(Check out try team’s description). It’s casual,no pressure.
