Good Morning my current Challenge will be wrapping up on Wednesday. I will take Thursday to rest and will begin with the 2021 Movember Challenge on Friday and it will conclude on Christmas Eve! I am super excited for this as that will be my longest challenge to date! I will update this post once the group is created. If you think you would want to join let me know. This is a great challenge for moms like me, or young adults who want a good holiday fitness regimen.
