Today I've started an out-of-season 2022 Summer Shred challenge.   

It's no secret that I like to overindulge in the festivities of the season (namely cheese & booze).    As such, I'm trying to get as fit as possible in the 21 days preceding the holidays, so I can enjoy the celebrations guilt-free.    If you're a fellow adult looking to do the same, I've created a team for this very purpose!   

I'm going to be keeping to a strict schedule, but as long as you're committed to completing the challenge before Xmas (25th) - all levels of experience are welcome to join.
