🗨️ Where are the Team FAQs?
On the app, you can read the full Team FAQs by tapping the ? in the Available Teams page or choosing Help from the " ... " menu at the top right of My Team.

🗨️ How can I create a team?
If you are on Day 1-4 of a program, you can create your own team:
On app, you can tap the 👥 icon in the top right of your Schedule page, then tap + to create a team
On web, go to My Fitness Journey -> My Team and choose "Create a Team"

🗨️ Where is the team link to invite teammates?
On app, tap the 👥 icon to view My Team, then tap Manage Team and look for 🔗 Invite A Friend
On web, go to My Fitness Journey -> My Team and look for Share Team Link

🗨️ Team Admin
A team's creator is the admin and has a responsibility to make sure team applicants are a good fit. The team admin is the only one who can accept or reject team requests.
After a team is "locked in" and the challenge starts, the team admin no longer has any special powers. They can leave the team, fall behind, or miss deadlines in the same way as any other teammate.

🗨️ What happens if a teammate leaves the team during the challenge?
If a teammate leaves the team before they have completed the Stick Together goal and before they have met all three deadlines, they will no longer contribute any more points to the team's final score and the team's final rank will be affected.

🗨️ What if I finish a challenge but my teammates have not?
When you have finished your program schedule, you have finished the team challenge and can start another program or even join another team whenever you would like. You do not have to leave the original team.

🗨️ Will the team challenge end if a teammate stops making progress?
The system will automatically end a team challenge and award a final rank once all team members have either completed the challenge or missed the 100% deadline date.

🗨️ How do team ranks work?
There are several ranks a team can earn:
A+ is awarded when all team members Stick Together and meet all deadlines.
Teams are Unranked when all team members fail all goals.
The other possible ranks (A, B, C, D) are awarded depending on how many team members meet the goals, including each individual deadline (25%, 50%, and 100%)
