So im on the 2023 summer shred challenge and i was thinking.  .  .   since its a new year coming up, so why not a new resolution with a fresh and new workout program!  i just found out chloe has a new workout program for 2024 so it would be great for a new team!   so if anyone is interested then plz comment down below and i"ll be looking forward for your replies!
